Vice President of Learning and Development
As Vice President of Learning and Development, Sarah Larson works to positively impact the employee experience at TRC. She formulates and delivers training and development programs that build competencies, support business objectives and develop the company’s workforce to be industry leaders. She also develops and implements programs that enhance TRC’s culture, support the company’s values and promote TRC as an employer of choice.
Sarah has extensive relocation operations experience. She previously served as TRC’s Vice President of Operations, managing TRC’s global operations group, overseeing day-to-day service delivery and ensuring quality. In her more than 18 years at TRC, Sarah held a number of additional operations and management roles, giving her a deep understanding of client service needs and TRC’s business practices. Earlier in her career, Sarah worked in human resources and financial service roles.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin (Whitewater), with a focus in law. She earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist-Talent (GMS-T) designations from Worldwide ERC, as well as the SHRM-SCP designation from the Society for Human Resource Management. Additionally she holds a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker’s license.
