Quality, Breadth of Service and Size Assessed
MILWAUKEE, Wis. (May 7, 2012)
TRC Global Mobility, Inc. (TRC), a leading relocation management company, was ranked among the top 10 relocation service providers in HRO Today magazine’s 2012 Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings: Relocation.
According to HRO Today, the Baker’s Dozen rankings “…are based solely on feedback from buyers of the rated services; the ratings are not based on the opinion of the HRO Today staff.”
“With more than 50 relocation companies in the marketplace today, we’re honored that corporate professionals have ranked us among the top 10 in the industry,” said Doug Berto, TRC’s President and CEO. “We’re committed to providing the service depth and reach our clients need and the service quality they expect, and I’m gratified that we’re delivering on that promise.”
To collect data, HRO Today conducts an online survey, which it distributes to its own database and directly to the relocation service providers’ clients. Corporate HR and procurement professionals who are responsible for their companies’ relocation programs answer questions related to service breadth, deal sizes and quality. HRO Today uses a proprietary algorithm to arrive at an overall score and then ranks providers based on those scores.
