According to HRO Today, the Baker’s Dozen rankings “…are based solely on feedback from buyers of the rated services; the ratings are not based on the opinion of the HRO Today staff.”

To collect data, HRO Today conducts an online survey, which it distributes to its own database and directly to the relocation service providers’ clients. Corporate HR and procurement professionals who are responsible for their companies’ relocation programs answer questions related to service breadth, deal sizes and quality. HRO Today uses a proprietary algorithm to arrive at an overall score and then ranks providers based on those scores.
