Relocation Counselor I - Hybrid

The Relocation Counselor I (RC I) position is a great way to enter the endless career possibilities in the relocation industry. No relocation experience is necessary for this position. Bring a curious mindset and willingness to learn; our knowledgeable and energetic training team will help guide you.

As an RCI, you will contribute to the company’s success and the success of our clients and their transferring employees. With the knowledge you gain in our extensive training program, you will be the primary contact for our clients’ transferring employees. You will guide them through the entire process, conducting needs assessments, arranging travel, and serving as a valuable resource. This position leverages customer service skills to ensure our clients are delighted with their experience with us.

This position is hybrid, working 2 -3 days in the office and 2 -3 days remote.

Relocation Counselor I - Remote

Expense Analyst - Hybrid

Review vendor invoices and customer expense reports, assign proper account coding, and ensure timely and accurate payment/reimbursement according to client policies and defined business practices. Work closely with Operations, Account Management and Accounting Departments to ensure internal and external customers receive a high level of support and customer service.

This position is hybrid, working 2 -3 days in the office and 2 -3 days remote.

 

Client Support Analyst - Fully Remote

The Client Support Analyst serves as a partner to the Client Services team members, by assisting with all aspects of servicing and retaining clients, ensuring consistent client satisfaction, building relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our client relationships.

As a key partner, this role is responsible for supporting our Client Services team by ensuring client related information is kept up to date and clearly documented, providing accurate and timely reporting, assisting with client related projects, collaborating with multiple departments to help provide resolution to client related escalations, and contributing to the growth and retention of our clients.

This position is fully remote.
