A pivotal leader in establishing the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), Amy has been instrumental in fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence, driving TRC’s sustained growth and success. Her leadership has not only empowered TRC’s employee-owners but also solidified the company’s reputation as a trusted partner in the relocation industry. She is recognized for her ability to align the company’s mission with innovative strategies that meet the dynamic needs of clients and their relocating employees.
Before becoming CEO, Amy served as Executive Vice President, where she guided TRC’s strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Her collaborative leadership style and in-depth understanding of the business have been key factors in the company’s success as a 100% employee-owned organization. Under her guidance, TRC has consistently delivered innovative and customized solutions, exceeding client expectations and establishing the company as a leader in the global mobility industry.
Amy holds a master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She began her career in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche, where she gained valuable experience auditing financial statements for SEC and non-SEC clients, performing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing, and analyzing financial data. Since joining TRC’s Accounting department in 2009, Amy has taken on expanded Human Resources and leadership development responsibilities while showcasing her cross-functional expertise.
