“Relocating to a new country is an extremely stressful and vulnerable time for a family. It feels like every step is a brick wall that has to be knocked down. In past relocations (prior to TRC), I would have pinned the relocation company as just another organization that I would have to fight tooth-and-nail to make things happen; however, nothing could be further from my experience with TRC. At the front line is my Consultant, Ms. L. I have engaged her on every email that has been sent between our leasing consultant, leasing agencies, domestic shipping, international shipping, storage, taxes, visas, etc. Almost 400 emails in total, and I have found that she cannot be overwhelmed. She reads and follows every word and knows exactly where we are in every process at all times. She answers phone calls, texts, and emails immediately, even on weekends / vacation. She pushes information and concerns to me, not to put more work on my plate, but to tell me her plan of action to resolve an issue so that I don't have to worry about it. She understands the difference between just doing her job, and being truly helpful. Although Ms. L is my only interface with TRC, I have no doubt that the rest of the staff supporting the consultants are equally competent. For example, my compatriots have noted that the turnaround on expense reports is much faster since moving to TRC.
