TRC Global Mobility, Inc. (TRC) is pleased to announce that the company’s outside board has named Sean Lickver as the company’s Chief Executive Officer and Amy Kust as the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The new titles more accurately align their titles with their day-to-day responsibilities. Paul Haislmaier continues as TRC’s Chairman and Founder.
As TRC’s CEO, Lickver will continue to provide executive leadership for the company, ensuring that TRC remains at the forefront of global talent mobility firms. He leads TRC’s executive team in planning and implementing the company’s strategic initiatives, ensuring that TRC’s resources are optimally deployed to support the company’s mission and objectives and assessing the company’s performance and position.
Lickver has more than 15 years of operations and management experience in the employee mobility industry. He joined TRC in 2011 and previously served as President and Executive Vice President.
As TRC’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Amy Kust has primary day-to-day responsibility for TRC’s operations and planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. Kust also has executive responsibility for TRC’s Human Resources department.
Kust previously served as TRC’s CFO and earlier as the company’s AP Manager and Assistant Controller. She joined TRC in 2009.
