TRC Global Mobility, Inc. (TRC) is pleased to announce that the Wisconsin chapter of the ESOP Association has awarded TRC its Company of the Year Award.

In its application for this award, TRC detailed its efforts to create an ownership culture at TRC. The company mentioned how its ESOP Communications Committee organizes, educates and promotes TRC’s ESOP awareness; its participation in ESOP Association meetings and events; its ESOP month celebration; its community service projects; its ongoing education efforts; and its employee appreciation and awareness initiatives.

Said TRC CEO Sean Lickver, “Needless to say, it was extremely gratifying to win this award. It would not be possible without the passion and commitment that TRC employee-owners bring to their jobs and our shared company day in and day out. I am proud to call all them fellow employee owners.”

As the winner of an ESOP chapter award, TRC is now a contender for the National Chapter of the Year award.
