TRC Global Mobility (TRC), a leading provider of employee relocation solutions, is pleased to announce that Amy Kapellusch has been named Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Amy brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to TRC’s mission of delivering innovative, employee-focused relocation services.
Amy’s 15-year tenure at TRC has been marked by significant contributions to the company’s growth and evolution. With a strong background in finance, Amy played a pivotal role in TRC’s successful transition to an employee-owned company (ESOP) in 2017.
As TRC’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Amy provided strategic leadership and operational oversight for the organization. She was actively engaged in TRC’s budgeting and financial planning activities while leading and supporting TRC’s executive team. Amy has also been TRC’s leading ESOP champion, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and shared success among employee-owners.
In her new role as CEO of TRC Global Mobility, Amy will lead the Company during a time of transformative change and innovation in the global mobility industry. She will work closely with TRC’s talented employee-owners and outstanding leadership team to continue delivering seamless relocation experiences for clients and their employees.
