TRC Global Mobility, an employee talent mobility company providing services for U.S., international and government clients, announced several changes to its executive leadership team, including four management promotions today.

Sean Lickver, CRP, GMS, was named TRC’s new President. He previously served as Executive Vice President. In announcing this promotion, Paul Haislmaier, TRC’s CEO and Chairman said, “Over the past two years Sean Lickver has played an integral role in TRC’s progress. His collaborative manner with employees and management, his ability to evaluate talent, his vision for the future and his knowledge of the global talent mobility industry are impressive. He has been a driving force in bringing TRC to where it is today and preparing us for where we want to be tomorrow. I look forward to continuing to work with Sean.”

Amy Kust has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Amy will assume additional financial responsibilities and will continue to lead TRC’s Accounting Department. Amy will also have executive responsibility for TRC’s Human Resources and Learning and Development departments. Amy previously served as TRC’s Controller.

Jeremiah Blakeley, CRP, GMS has been promoted to Vice President, Global Operations. In this role, Jeremiah will lead TRC’s entire operations function, including the Account Management and Operations teams. Jeremiah previously served as Director, Global Account Management.

Craig Vuoso has been promoted to Vice President, Client Finance & Technology. In this role, Craig will continue to lead the TRC’s Expense Management team. He will also assume executive responsibility for TRC’s Information Technology function. Craig previously served as Director, Expense Management.

These managers will be part of TRC’s executive leadership team, along with continuing members Craig Mueller, CRP, GMS-T, Senior Vice President, Global Business Development & Client Relations and Jerry Funaro, SCRP, SGMS-T, Vice President Global Marketing.
